Charges

We have a number of different options for Service Users depending on how they want their care package delivered.

We can organise half hours calls, hour calls, and blocks of hours or waking nights.

We provide care 365 days a year, 7 days a week.
Bank Holidays are charged at an enhanced rate.

Invoices are sent out to the bill payer (this person’s contact details will be taken upon assessment if different to the Service user) every week and terms are 7 days from date of invoice.

A timesheet is attached to the invoice as evidence the visit took place.
This timesheet is signed by the Service User or Representative to confirm they are happy with the times written by the care worker.
