Carewatch Bath also offers a sitting service.
This is a block of hours at a time to suit the Service User and can be used to relieve a next of kin, a 24 hour care worker or the hours can be used to take a Service User to a social event or into town etc.

A support plan would be produced for this is the same way and if any external activity was involved then a risk assessment would be done before the visit took place, so we were sure that both the care worker and Service User were able to meet the outcomes.
