Our Care Services

Let’s start at the beginning…….

Before we start providing care we will arrange to visit the Service User and/or family and do a full assessment to find out what is required and how we can best meet the needs of the Service User.

The assessment will cover all aspects of the care from medication down to how the Service User likes their breakfast done.

A Field Care Supervisor will explain about Carewatch Bath, the contact numbers and what kind of services we offer.
At this assessment, the support plan will be written with the Service User so we can make sure that all the Service Users needs are met and they get everything they want from Carewatch Bath.

The Field Care Supervisor will also explain the charges and invoicing procedures and give the Service User Richards number to discuss any invoicing queries directly.

After the assessment, Carewatch Bath will keep in constant communication with the Service User.
A Field Care Supervisor will regularly review the Service Users support plan to make sure we are always meeting their needs and we also conduct regular reviews to make sure the Service User is happy with the service they are receiving.

We are very flexible at Carewatch Bath and if for some reason the Service User requires more care due to an illness or hospital release then we will endeavor to meet this request, implementing the change as quickly as possible.

We will send out quarterly newsletters to the Service Users telling them new information about staff or bits of information which we feel may be of interest to them.

At Carewatch Bath we never want the Service User to feel alone and we are always here, ready and willing to help with whatever the Service User needs and if we can’t help then we will refer them to someone who can.
