Care Staff

Carewatch Bath employs approximately 65 care workers who work both full time and part time.

All staff are party to a rigorous recruitment process and then undergo intensive training regardless of their qualifications so we are reassured that all care workers know and adhere to Carewatch Bath policies and procedures.

We try and match care workers to Service Users so a relationship can be formed.
If at any point a Service User wishes to change their care worker then this of course will be reviewed and implemented.

Our Care Co-ordinators endeavor to allocate regular Service Users to care workers to ensure continuity of care and again allowing the Service User to forge a working relationship with the care worker and vice versa.
