Pam Dunn - Care Manager


Pam Dunn

Pam started her career in care in Australia. She trained in Learning Disability Services and initially worked in Residential Care. She was also involved in recreation and sports programmes for Children and Young Adults with Learning Disabilities.
Pam did further training in Behavioral Management and went on to specialise in working with people with Autism and Challenging Behavior.
Over a period of 10 years Pam worked at Management/Supervisory levels in different areas of Health and Social Care throughout the UK- Nursing Homes, Domiciliary Care, Residential Care, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Children's Services, as well as working in Travel and Tourism.
Pam decided to settle in the UK at the beginning of 2008 and pursue a full time career in Social Care.
Pam decided to commence a Degree in Health and Social Care Management at Bath Spa University in 2009, and secured the post of Care Manager at Carewatch Bath in 2010.
Pam manages 4 Field Care Supervisors and also assists Caroline Burfield with the day-to-running of the business.
