Each Care Worker is reviewed four times a year by a Field Care Supervisor.
These reviews take the form of spot checks, field observations and office based reviews.
The Field Care Supervisors also attend team meetings to discuss topics like new paperwork, new or updated policies and procedures and information sharing.

The Care Manager will check the reviews and take any action that is needed.

The reviews consist of checking areas like; uniforms, having the correct ID on show, completing all paperwork, treating the Service User with dignity and respect. The Field Care Supervisor will also highlight any training the Care Worker may indicate needing.

We also review our Service Users.
We aim to review after the first 3 months of receiving care and then 6 months thereafter.
We perform random telephone reviews and also send out surveys to 'Carers' who look after our Service Users to gain their feedback on service delivery.

We have recently introduced a quarterly newsletter which is sent to all Service Users, and this has been positively received.
